We did not want to leave there and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again, loved the city and hotel. The double room was spotless, had an electronic key card, a work desk, and a cable television;))

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Am Schloss, thanks to its marvellous and convenient location near the Rossli, a fantastic bar, and a nearby restaurant that promises to offer an even wider variety of dishes in the future. the small double room with a lovely view of the castle was delightful, complete with a mini bar and a TV, making for a very enjoyable experience.

the rooms are reasonably large and perfect and have delightful views to the castle.

I loved this excellent place, stayed there for 1 night. Immaculately clean units with a castle view, mini bar, for example, and the staff were very amiable. Having a roll in shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets was a bonus.

I stayed for one night at Hotel Am Schloss and had a wonderful experience. the staff was friendly and accommodating, quickly addressing any concerns I had. the room was spacious and included a bath, which was a nice touch. the bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the central heating, electronic key card, and work desk provided in the room.

It was centrally located with easy access to transport and the town centre in a very scenic area.

Hotel Am Schloss is an extremely convenient place with friendly staff, making the check-out process smooth. the comfort single room features a soft bed, an electronic key card, a multi-channel television, and a study table. Guests can enjoy a good selection of products for a satisfying breakfast.

The breakfast was satisfactory, had plenty of food. Location: the hotel was short walk to the Schloss Thun is perched, and a nearby restaurant, which will offer more dishes in future. The service provided there was great.

The breakfast featuring yoghurt and cheeses was exceptionally nice, and the majority of the staff were very amicable. We enjoyed a spacious comfort twin room. the hotel boasts an absolutely perfect location, just a bus ride away from the train station right across the road.

The room is a bit old, but more than acceptable for an overnight sleep. OK the view from the window (the "boast beautiful views" with which it's sold is a bit exaggerated I think). Very good location just on the edge of the old town. Nice gentleman with nice blind dog at reception in the morning.

The reception apparently closes after 11pm, which wasn't clear in the booking, and I luckily managed to arrive there a few minutes after then, when they were just closing it, so I could check-in and get the key just in time - not sure what would have happened had I got there later, whether there was a way to wake up someone to check-in or if I had to look for another place in the middle of the night.

The room was perfect, clean, and offered a lovely view of the castle. the overall atmosphere was quiet, creating a relaxing environment. the location was central and conveniently situated on the free bus line, making it easy to explore the area.

Breakfast was very poor .. no cooked options, tinned juices and fruit, one cereal etc.

I thought it perfectly adequate for my needs which was basically somewhere to sleep near the centre of Thun. Breakfasts were good.

The bedrooms were basic and rather comfortless.
